Transportation

I am excited to have the opportunity to tackle improvements to our transportation system as a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. As a former mayor, I have unique insight into the critical role targeted investments in our infrastructure play in permanent job creation. For Third District Georgians, this includes resources like the Chattahoochee River and West Point Lake and potential projects like the Georgia Export/Import Highway that would attract more businesses and jobs to our state. As a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, I hope to work on these projects and others like them across the nation to help facilitate a business climate that empowers American business.
