Dear Friends,

Without question, the most important part of my job is serving folks in Georgia’s Third Congressional District. From every piece of legislation to every veteran seeking help with their benefits, I always put the needs and interests of my constituents first. In 2021, we saw many failures of liberal policies and leadership: the disastrous Afghanistan exit, raging inflation, supply chain disruptions, chaos at the border… the list goes on.

But there is good news: My Republican colleagues and I have continued to push back on President Biden’s leftist agenda, and we have seen many victories over the past year as well. It was an honor to serve you in 2021, and I look forward to continuing my work in 2022.
Since January 1, 2021, my office has had 256,000 individual contacts with constituents across the Third District through direct emails, phone calls, and telephone town halls. No matter is too big or small, I am here to serve you.
Constituent service is one of my top priorities in Congress, and my district office is well-equipped to help constituents with casework. Whether it's contacting a federal agency on your behalf, checking the status of your VA claim, contacting the IRS for you, obtaining information from Social Security, or anything else, we are here to help. In 2021 alone, my office helped more than 1,400 constituents with casework issues, not including the many others we helped through quick turnaround casework assistance, such as those needing emergency help exiting Afghanistan.

Regardless of the issue, we will always see a case through to the end and ensure we do everything possible to help you get results. If my office can help you, visit my website here.
When I’m not in Washington, I can be found throughout the Third District meeting with farmers, parents, small business owners, community leaders, and other hardworking Georgians. These meetings and visits are a great opportunity to see all of the impressive work the folks in our community are doing, and to learn and listen to your thoughts, concerns, and insights on how I can best represent you in Washington.

For 2021, my staff and I met with over 229 constituents and groups both in Washington and throughout the district. It is because of these visits with folks, and their willingness to share their experiences and thoughts with me, that I gain valuable insight and hands-on experiences that allow me to do better work on your behalf.
In Washington, I am working to implement real change through sensible solutions and policy. So far this Congress, I have introduced 16 bills in the House of Representatives, and I’ve signed on as cosponsor to an additional 103 pieces of legislation. These bills range from strong national defense bills, legislation aimed at closing the digital divide, measures to improve the healthcare system by fighting antimicrobial resistance, and more.
Throughout 2021, my team was honored to fly more than 65 flags over the United States Capitol Building for Third District constituents. You also can request to have a flag flown over the Capitol for a nominal cost. Click here to learn more about this great service!
As we move into 2022 and the second session of the 117th Congress, I am committed to providing real, long-lasting solutions for the Third District and all of America, and I will continue to work with my colleagues, federal agencies, and localities on how we can best serve you in 2022.

Happy Birthday, Georgia!
Happy Birthday, Georgia! On January 2, 1788, Georgia ratified the U.S. Constitution and became the fourth state to join the United States. I’m always proud to call Georgia home and will continue to work day in and day out to keep the Peach State strong.
