Ferguson Votes to Level Playing Field in Health Care Market

Congressman Drew Ferguson (R-Ga.) today voted in favor of the Small Business Fairness Act of 2017. This legislation would allow small businesses to band together with other small businesses to purchase health care plans at more competitive prices. “As a former small business owner, I have firsthand experience with the struggle to find affordable health care for my family and my employees,” said Ferguson. “With this bill, we can begin to level the playing field in the health care market.” The bill passed the House by a vote of 236-175.
