Ferguson Votes to Reauthorize the FAA

Congressman Drew Ferguson (R-Ga.) today voted to pass H.R. 4, the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018. This bipartisan bill would reauthorize the programs of the Federal Aviation Administration for five years, enhancing the competitiveness of the American aviation industry and improving air safety for passengers and personnel. “This bill is the first step to achieving President Trump’s infrastructure agenda, and I was proud to work with my colleagues on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee to advance it,” said Ferguson. “Thousands of aviation industry personnel call Georgia’s Third District home, and this legislation ensures that America’s aviation sector continues to lead the world while creating a safe flight experience for all passengers.” The FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 would:
